Facebook Ads with Lee McIntyre 

If you have been following Lee McIntyre for years now, I’m sure it became quite a surprise to you when he started to become active on the Get More Momentum Facebook page late last year. He once talked about how social media take the focus away from other important aspects of running an online business. Then again, change is not a bad thing. And we all know how Facebook has become more than just the “in” thing to have.

Facebook has evolved from a website you use to stay in touch with old friends to a full fledged avenue for business marketing and networking. If you haven’t heard yet, Lee has spent thousands of dollars on Facebook ads. Why and how he does it? Here’s some of Lee McIntyre’s Facebook marketing advice: 

Advice # 1: Focus on Customer Building

People often say you should build a list of “buyers”. Here’s a couple of CRITICAL points that are often overlooked:

(1) All buyers are NOT created equal. I’d rather have a list of 10 x BIG TICKET coaching clients than I would 250 x $7 WSO customers.

(2) All lists are NOT created equal. If you run a WSO most marketers just collect the email address. I process strictly via credit card. My conversions are slightly lower BUT I also get a billing address and a phone number. I’d rather have 100 of THESE customers than I would 400 customers where I don’t have this extra data.

(3) The value of your list depends almost entirely on how well you DELIVERED on your ORIGINAL PROMISE. I see Clickbank “gooroos” building lists of thousands of buyers per launch, and not delivering on the promises in their sales materials. I’d rather have 100 MEGA SATISFIED buyers than I would 1,000 customers who feel ripped off.

This game is NOT about “building the biggest list”. Focus on customer building…. not list building. Focus FIRST on having “the end in mind”. Ask yourself “what steps can I take to get people to want to enroll in my high value backend programs?”.

Answer THIS question and you’re half-way towards having a 7 figure sales funnel that’s SCALABLE and DEPENDABLE.

I just wanted to get this off my chest today!!

Advice # 2: Cost Per Lead VS Customer Value 

Struggling for traffic? There’s a simple solution. When your “cost per lead” is LOWER than your “customer value” then you’ll be able to get all the traffic you’ll ever need!!

That’s the real “secret” behind how I’m now able to spend $30,000+ per month on Facebook Ads without blinking an eye. It’s also the reason I was able to pay 300% commissions to my affiliates and still make a 1,000% ROI.

Just something to think about for today…

Advice # 3: On Getting ‘Likes’

Quick note to all Facebook marketing “experts”: Getting LIKES to your page might boost your ego…. but the last time I checked you can’t cash likes at the bank!!
The ONLY thing that matters is R.O.I.

I’d rather spend $1 and bank $3, or more. THAT’S all that matters. If we build up our “likes” as a side effect of this strategy then AWESOME. But it should never be the goal itself.

Generating a positive ROI and building your BANK ACCOUNT is instead where it’s at.

And that’s all I’ve got to say about that!!

Advice # 4: Retargeting Tools 

If you’re doing any kind of Facebook advertising then you also need to be using “retargeting”. The power of it is MIND BOGGLING.

• Tiny profit margins with low price products means you have little room for error
• You perceived value is quickly eroded each time you lower your prices
• You end up attracting low quality clients who are less committed

The Irresistible Influence 

So how did Lee reach his status today? According to him, it’s all about creating an “irresistible influence” in the marketing world. There are many ways to do this (and it could also take some time) but it could be summarized into four steps:

• Take some of your best content and get it out there 
• Have an abundance mindset 
• Make sure your content and message speaks directly to the people you want to attract 
• When people see your wow content, they’ll naturally think thata you have more to offer 

Furthermore, Lee said that attracting your ideal clients is not about having a fancy website but it is all about positioning yourself above the “me too” marketers and distributing your most powerful content for your audience to find.

Using Facebook for Marketing

As we previously mentioned, Lee is getting really active on Facebook these days. In fact, he mentioned that most of his traffic and recent sales come from the power of Facebook ads! Not only do Facebook ads “light the fuse” to getting your content out there for your audiences to see, it also provides you with a competitive advantage. As Lee puts it, “Facebook ads can promote your “Wow Content” to your ideal clients for just 10 cents a click.”

Right now, Lee and his Get More Momentum team spends $750 a day on Facebook ads. Their latest stats show that they average 3750 clicks a day- this means that they are only paying 20 cents per potential customer or lead.

The Profit Boost System

In the Profit Boost webinar, Lee also talked about the different things you need to remember to boost your profits online:

• Publish wow content 
• Invest in paid advertising
• Don’t focus on having an “existing reputation” to make your business work
• Invite interested customers to “apply” to be your client
• Keep in mind that there will always be customer who will want a premium version of anything
• Find clients who value the results you can deliver 
• Don’t focus on the “cost of working with you” instead focus on the “cost of NOT working with you”

• Removed over 100,000 email subscribers who haven’t opened email newsletters in the past six months
• No more “you-scratch-my-back” Joint Venture partnerships
• Removed the support group
• Removed 95% of LM products out on the market
• Downsized office and staff
• Working from home 100% of the time
• Lee goes on at least 10 holidays every year
• Focus on working with “committed clients who are ready to do the work” (Only 10 of 300 applicants were approved)

According to Lee, he is doing all these changes to “increase my sales while reducing complexity from my business.”

Product Creation Advice from Lee

So how do you achieve the same level of success as Lee? Here are the three pillars of success that he mentioned:

1. Provide or create a compelling offer or product
2. Create a system to sell this product, also known as a “sales machine”
3. Find an automated and dependable way to drive traffic

Furthermore, Lee advised his students to “immediately remove” anything that doesn’t support the above pillars of a successful internet marketing business. Remember: Take the content in your head and turn it into a series of information products. Create a selling system that works.

How to Get Seven-Figure Profits

Now the question is: how do you get to seven-figure profits? Here’s some of his tips:

• Offer free content that serves as an overview of your product or service
• Offer your product and service in detail
• Offer an upsell (case study of your content in action)
• Offer a continuity program
• Offer a backend implementation

Each of these steps are very important. As Lee said, “Having just one curriculum that you teach in different ways will simplify your business and set you free.”

Lee McIntyre Final Advise

In 2012, Lee did not create or release any new products. But he said that 90% of his income last year came from the different products he launched the previous year (the other 10% came from some local businesses consultancy he did).

Lee added that you should delete the things that cause overwhelm. Finally, Lee said, “When you SIMPLIFY your business, the extra time is like ROCKET FUEL.”

The Six Reasons Why The “Gurus” Are Dead WRONG! is a blog post by Lee McIntyre. It is also his prelude to his Internet Automation Plan training course that is on sale right now. The video is just 12 minutes long and it has no flashy presentation- just content. Although it was quite short, the video contained a lot of pretty useful information- you will also find a lot of A-ha moments when you are watching it.

So now that we have the basics out of the way, let’s enumerate the six different reasons why Lee McIntyre thinks that most internet marketing gurus are preaching the wrong things.

Gurus Say: Play The “You Scratch My Back” Game

It is quite normal to find many gurus who introduce you to Joint Venture (JV) partnerships or affiliate programs. Now, while this can help you a lot in your business, Lee McIntyre says that you have to be really careful with gurus who promote JVs a little too much. Lee said that sometimes, this can cause your email subscribers to opt out of your list. Too many emails that promote other people’s products can make you seem like a spammer.

How to solve this? Well, Lee says that when it comes to JVs and affiliate programs, it’s all about the quantity and not quality. Just focus on finding the right and good products to promote. The better the products, the more you will seem like an authority in your niche.

Gurus Say: Focus On Multiple Streams Of Income 

Lee McIntyre is one of the few people who suggests that you go “deeper” instead of “wider” when we talk about your online business. He says that the fastest route to online success is not about focusing on making multiple streams of income. In his Six Reasons Why The “Gurus” Are Dead WRONG! video, he advises newbies and veterans in the business to focus on one niche- and make yourself the best in it.

Gurus Say: Look For Small, Unoccupied Niches 

A lot of internet marketing gurus suggest that if you want to make profits fast, you need to look for niches with low competition. Makes sense, right? But according to Lee McIntyre, big niches that are competitive are better. In this type of setting, granted, you will have to work extra hard and find the best strategies but Lee says that the rewards will be bigger than you can imagine.

Gurus Say: You Need a Big Network to Succeed 

According to Lee McIntyre, you do not need to have a big network right away to succeed. Before you build your list and connections, you need to focus on your products and services. Besides, the better your products are, the more people will talk about it. Nothing beats word-of-mouth advertising, right?

Gurus Say: Social Media Is Essential To Thrive Online

I was actually surprised to see this in the list of the Six Reasons Why The “Gurus” Are Dead WRONG! video. Every other guru, article, e-book and course will tell you just how important Facebook or Twitter is in a business. But the way Lee McIntyre sees it, social media can serve as big distractions.

He actually deleted his Twitter account some months back (you can see it in his blog) to prove that social media is not important in an online business. Lee says that instead of worrying what to post on Facebook or tweet about in Twitter, you should focus on figuring out how you can buid and improve your business.

Gurus Say: You Need To Have a Grand Product Launch

In the Six Reasons Why The “Gurus” Are Dead WRONG! video, Lee McIntyre talks about what he calls as “Evergreen Products” and these are products that will produce the most and biggest passive income for you.  He also mentions that you do not need to have product launches that are too grande. As long as you have a product that is of high-quality, you do not need to stress out yourself on creating a buzz for your product.

Lee McIntyre says that most marketers fail because they put all their efforts on different unnecessary business process. They don’t strive to become an expert at one thing. They try to do all things at once which leads to frustration, being stuck and them quitting.

This bundle promo is an internet marketer’s ultimate dream package. The four courses talk about traffic generation, list building, sales funnel building and online business building.

The Sales Funnel System and the Four Product Bundle is a good deal but it is also very hard to find. Aside from that, Super Sales Funnel System is actually not available or sold separately anymore, as far as I know. So if you want to purchase it, you have to look for Lee’s Four Product Bundle (tip: check out the Instant Internet Lifestyle course – there’s where I found the special promo).

The Overall Rating: 

First of all, let’s start with what I didn’t like about the Super Sales Funnel System:

• No PDF versions or transcripts of the course
• The videos are not downloadable

Internet Automation Plan Module #6 - Making It All Work

The last module of the Internet Automation Plan caps off everything that you have learned throughout the course. In this module, you will also get a lot of encouraging words from Lee. This is actually a very good way to end the course- Lee is an excellent motivator and you can really use all the help and motivation for your business.

Now, the truth is, you will find  a lot of other products produced by Lee and his team that tackles the same subject points that are more updated and detailed. Internet Automation Plan offers the “big picture” so if you want to master a certain part of internet marketing, you are better off with other courses. Then again, this course costs just five bucks- and with all the information you will get from the Internet Automation Plan, it surely is a steal.

Every marketer knows the importance of building and creating a strong, responsive and massive email list- one of the first things you’ll hear from the Super List Building System. Through list building, you can keep in touch with your existing customers and possible convert those who aren’t to your loyal customers.

With Super List Building System, Lee McIntyre shares his thoughts, experiences and knowledge about list building. But is it worth your time (you’ll need it – there are a lot of videos)? And exactly what makes it different from the next list building course out in the market today?

Super List Building System Overview 

Before we get to the nitty gritty of the Super List Building System, let me give you an overview of exactly what you’ll find in it. Note that this is if you get the Super List Building System digitally. It’s originally and currently offered as physical products- eight DVDs shipped to your doorstep. But more on that later.

In the homepage, you would instantly find yourself in front of the different “DVDs” or sessions from Super List Building System. In total, there are eight (but the last one are just PDF transcripts). For the first six sessions, there is a video that last for at least 40 minutes each. The 7th session contains the Q&A audio recordings of the course. The last part of Super List Building System contains six PDF files. These are full transcripts of the course but it is kind of weird that there is no transcript for the first and sixth video sessions of the Super List Building System.

Each of the video sessions in the Super List Building System tackle a different aspect of list building.

Dissecting the Super List Building System

Now, let me give you a closer look at the Super List Building System.

Overall, the course is very helpful. There are many unique tips and techniques that you can use. But early on in the Super List Building System, you will get a feel that this course would be about Lee’s famous “low-cost-high-value” products. Sure enough, you will find a lot of the video sessions will discuss that.

But if product creation isn’t really your cup of tea (especially for affiliate marketers), you will still find some very useful tips and techniques in the Super List Building System course.

Now, to give you an idea, here’a brief overview of what topics are going to be discussed in Super List Building System.

Super List Building System Cost 

The Super List Building System is an eight-DVD box set (ships internationally). That box set costs $397 but I actually got my copy through a special offer so I got access to all recordings and videos online.

I don’t think that you can get the Super List Building System digitally delivered to you unless you get it through the special Four Products Bundle Offer. This four products would include: Super Sales Funnel System, Super Free Traffic System, Momentum Marketing System and Super List Building System.

Compared to the $397 tag price for the DVD box set, the Four Products Bundle offer is just $197. The bundle is a special offer and is very limited. I actually found this offer accidentally when I bought the Instant Internet Lifestyle course. 

Now, unlike most of Lee McIntyre’s products, there aren’t any bonuses or free gifts in the Super List Building System course. And this is perhaps it is offered as a physical product. Then again, the Super List Building System contains very good information – you don’t really need bonuses, truthfully.

Whether you are struggling to get your first subscriber or if you’re looking for new ways to add more names to your email list, you’re bound to find a strategy or two in Super List Building System that will help you achieve all your goals.
